1. About plrsys
plrsys is an independent web application operated by Sarxzer and the plrsys Team. It provides a private space for plural systems to track fronting sessions, manage system members, and connect with trusted friends.
plrsys is a personal, non-commercial project. It is provided as-is, with no guarantees of uptime, availability, or fitness for any particular purpose.

- Not have been previously banned from plrsys
Note: Registration may be subject to approval, invitation, or other access controls at the discretion of the plrsys Team. We reserve the right to change access policies at any time.
3. Your account
You are responsible for:
- Keeping your credentials (password, TOTP codes, backup codes) secure
- All activity that occurs under your account
- Providing accurate information when registering
You must not share your account with others or allow others to access it. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact us immediately.

4. Acceptable use
You agree not to use plrsys to:
- Harass, threaten, or harm other users
- Impersonate any person or entity
- Upload or share content that is illegal, abusive, defamatory, or promotes violence or discrimination
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or server infrastructure
- Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the service
- Interfere with or disrupt the service or its hosting infrastructure
- Use the service for any commercial purpose without prior written consent
We also ask that you use plrsys in good faith toward the community it was built for.
5. Content
You retain ownership of all content you create on plrsys (system descriptions, member profiles, notes, etc.).
By submitting content to plrsys, you grant the plrsys Team a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to store and display that content solely for the purpose of operating the service.
We do not claim ownership of your content and will never use it for advertising or commercial purposes.
6. Account termination
6.1 - By you
You may delete your account at any time via the account settings page. Upon deletion, your personal data and content will be anonymized or permanently deleted as described in our Privacy Policy.
6.2 - By us
We reserve the right to suspend or permanently ban accounts that violate these Terms. Our general approach is:
- Warning - for first-time or minor violations, we will notify you and give you a chance to correct the behavior.
- Permanent ban - for serious, repeated, or malicious violations, your account may be permanently terminated without prior warning.
- Data deletion - upon a permanent ban, your account data may be deleted at our discretion.
We are not obligated to provide detailed reasons for enforcement actions, though we will make reasonable efforts to communicate with affected users.
7. Service availability
plrsys is a personal project and is provided as-is, without any guarantee of availability or uptime. We may:
- Take the service offline for maintenance at any time
- Modify, limit, or discontinue features without notice
- Shut down the service entirely, with reasonable advance notice where possible
We are not liable for any loss of data or access resulting from downtime or service changes.
8. Disclaimer of warranties
plrsys is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
We do not warrant that the service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of security vulnerabilities.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the plrsys Team shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the service - including loss of data, loss of access, or any other harm.
Our total liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount you have paid to use plrsys (which, as a free service, is zero).
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of France and applicable EU regulations. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of France.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
For significant changes, we will make a reasonable effort to notify registered users via an in-app notice. Continued use of plrsys after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
